Randomly changes units
I never submit to change units on the app. So from it to go of from the other one day and then the next is annoying.

Good luck finding anything in this app. The design is awful. Like the old MySpace website it’s everything in your face at once. I can’t find a graph of my weight loss and I don’t think it exists. I can’t see the other user to assign their weight to. I can’t find the measurements section because it only appears as a tiny, missable bar at the top of a pop up that sometimes happens and sometimes doesn’t. And I accidentally assigned someone else’s weight to me and there’s no going back apparently. I’ve seen IKEA furniture instructions more intuitive than this crap.

Getting ready to buy a new scale and spend the money because this app is terrible. What’s the point of having a smart scale if the app doesn’t work? I have to kill and restart the app every time I want to look at historic data. It saves really old information without being able to clear anything out. Lost 20 pounds a few years ago but then gained some back and want to restart? Tough luck. you can only add a new user which it then defaults to every single time you get on the scale. Can you delete the old user? Nope.
United StatesApp no longer works with Sportneer Device Since Update
The update from one month ago does not work with the Sportneer device. We use this for measuring clients’ BCA and all of the client data is in your system. We need to get our clients’ historical data and are unable to reach anyone for support. Very disappointed in the software. We have used it for over 3 years and this is the first time we can’t scan and can’t get to our data. Please assist ASAP!

My scale was working great and getting all the measurements. Ever since I updated the app my scale can no longer that. There’s always an error message. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it still not working. I really regret updating the app

This app used to be great but now it takes me 30 minutes to get it to open. I literally just have to sit there and keep clicking it back to back to back to back until it catches and finally opens. Who has time for this?! What is the problem??
