Love the simplicity, but I need to be able to go in and start a timer after I’ve started fasting cause I don’t remember to start the timer.

It’s simple and no nonsense. It’s a timer, and it logs the fasts. That’s it. ♥️ Three wishes: 1) Wish I could edit stop and start times. 2) Wish there was a custom fasting schedule option. I work night shift, so my fasting schedule is wonky. I do ADF some days, and 18:6 one day, and 20:4 one day. 3) I don’t want averages. I want the actual raw data PLUS averages or other interesting info.
It’s just ok
I was hoping for notifications to reminders to me when to start and stop fasting! I would also like to see a schedule where you can customize your fasting routine from M-Thurs. I do 18:6 and Fir- Sun I do 16:8! All this app is is a stop watch! It does keep track of your fast but that’s it!
