Return to running program great, don’t love strength
I had the app for over a year and absolutely loved the return to running program and assessment. I did the assessment and realized I needed more time before running and I feel like it helped a ton. The RTR program was excellent and engaging and kept me injury free. I did not love the postnatal core work- a lot of it didn’t feel diastasis safe, sorry I don’t think crunches at 12 weeks are a good idea for most mothers. Also the strength program wasn’t my favorite either- I felt consistently rushed to finish the reps and found myself using bad form to try and finish as quickly as possible.

I used this app through my second and third trimester. I went to see a pelvic floor therapist and she was amazed with how strong I was. The length of the workout was perfect as well. I had no low back pain this pregnancy and I think this was a main contributor that helped.
It’s the only fitness app you’ll ever need!
I started doing the pregnancy workouts in my second trimester and I am now 6 months postpartum and doing the postpartum program! They have specific exercises depending on which week of pregnancy/postpartum you are. The intensity slows down at a perfect pace the more pregnant you are, and in the postpartum program it progresses at a perfect pace. They have yoga, core, strength, running and cardio programs. It’s literally the only fitness app you’ll ever need! I can’t believe I didn’t have this app for my first pregnancy! My recovery has been much smoother this time around. I highly recommend this to all mamas!

I heard about this app on a podcast I listen to and had to give it a try. I just had my 3rd baby and want to get back in shape. I absolutely love this app and the way it eases you back in after delivery. I’ve never done much strength training because I didn’t really know where to start, but this app has changed that! I love how it walks you through everything, it’s easy to follow along. The workouts are pretty quick which is essential for new and busy moms. I highly, highly recommend!

I love this app so much. It takes the mystery out of what is or isn’t safe to do while pregnant, and compared to my last two pregnancies I am so much more confident in pushing my body during exercise. So grateful for this resource!
