Perfect stepping stones for postpartum
I’m an endurance athlete and tried to return to activity way too quickly after my first child. For my second, I tried Bloom and I’m so excited about the results and strength I gained from being patient and moving through the progressions. Would recommend to all mommas.

This app has been such a miracle for my body PP. I felt so weak & worn out at the end of everyday. Now that I’ve implemented these work outs in my everyday routine, I feel so much stronger. Peaceful yet extremely informative
I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few weeks of the Bloom program! I appreciate the calm delivery and thorough explanations. It’s so easy to follow along and take your time to really get the movements down correctly. I appreciate the ease in being able to hear the instructions. Even if music is added, it does not over power the verbal instructions. I also appreciate the variety and the ability to progress when ready. Very thankful for this program!
