As a busy mum of 2 I love that I can get a killer efficient workout completed in 30-minutes or less! Using minimal equipment, or even just body weight, i have seen such an improvement in my muscle tone, stamina and endurance. Casie makes the workouts fun and structures each video with specific movements to burn out your muscles using time over tension. I absolutely love The Er Fitness Method and this app!
