Why you create this system when you can’t handle this . This system give so much trouble for traveler. I have to cancel my flight because of this stupid system.

Accidentally uninstalled the app and its not letting me sign in again since with error "ID card details not verified". Called 109 many times to no avail. Kindly fix it.

Fifa is in less than a month and your app is still not working. Are you expecting everyone to use your app and its required to enter your country when it actually doesn’t work?!!! millions of people are coming to qatar, what are you expecting them to do?! please fix this, it’s a big issue thats been for almost year of not more. what a shame!!!!
