USB charo

The plastic support for the USB metallic charging support broke off. I can’t find any contacts or support anywhere in your brochure or on line. I loved the watch but now it is useless.

Software update needed

When watches are changed out all the data on the iPhone App for the day from the prior watch are deleted. The App should have priority over watch data acquisition in order to retain the data for a more complete picture of the day’s activity. Also need to verify all data are being captured by Apple Health as advertised - it appears spotty/irregular.

German Version

The German version was made by a computer translator and should be checked by a person with the knowledge of proper German. There are words which are not used in the current language. The bloodpressure reading are way too low. By comparing the actual values with a not so expensive cuff instrument they are 10 points off. The sleep timer does not work This problem is not solved for 2 years. So there is plenty of update to do The battery is very weak after only a couple of month. This unit is not worth its money , so just look for something more relisblr

Worthless purchase

Please save your money !!! The only good thing about this watch is it keeps good time . The sleep never works and the blood pressure is not accurate ! I regret buying this watch .
