App doesn’t track activity correctly
I bought the Total Body+ in Dec 2023 and have had the JR1+ a couple of years. The charging portal on the Cubii Pro I had stopped working. All three of both of the Cubiis I’ve owned often have tracking issues. The Cubii screens can reflect 1000-1500 strides more than the app. It’s frustrating that for these models, I can’t just simply add the missing strides because the app only allows the addition of upper body workouts. I like the thought of the under desk elliptical, but for the price and the inaccurate app interface, these are my last Cubiis.

Love my Cubi and the app consistently tracks my exercise . It’s a little clunky getting it to translate steps to my Apple devices but does a great job updating activity. Still totally worth it.

I own a Cubii which is an exercise machine that I pedal. When I bought it I learned that it had an app on the Apple Store and it is awesome!!! I have neuropathy and this app keeps me going because it tallies all the steps I do for each day. I can stop and start all day and it still tracks everything I did each day. It motivates me to do more and more steps, and not to stop until I get to a round number like 1000 or 5000! A truly awesome exercise app!!!

Had my Cubii Jr 2+ for over a year. The machine is great!! App quit tracking at the end of 2023. Clearly an update is needed.

Although I love my Cubii the app has issues. Automatic (Bluetooth) workouts are not being recorded on the progress page (again). Manual workouts are recorded though. Automatic workouts are being passed to the Apple Activity app.

I love the cubii, but the app has some issues. The monthly totalsfor the journiis are often wrong. Not all of the challenges are uodated when completed. Sometimes the You did it button is not displayed. Otherwise, I really like it.
