Crossover Symmetry

Crossover Symmetry the product is amazing, but without the app you are flying blind. The app is unusable, constantly and consistently freezes and restarts, doesn’t save your progress. If I could give zero stars I would. For such a well know and praised product (ie… Joe Rogan) you would think they would invest the time, energy and money to make a complete system.

I like the programming. The app is very clunky. Main issues are: - videos with movement instructions cannot be paused and are on repeat nonstop. I have to exit the workout and reopen it to stop a video. - some programming references other programming (ie “CS Hip & Core Activation” so if you don’t have that memorized you have to exit your workout and open another. - slow to load programs, even if you download it for offline. This wouldn’t be an issue if I weren’t constantly reopening the program due to previous two issues.

Love the crossover symmetry system and programs but the app is borderline unusable. As someone who is short on time and traveling this app is useless if I have to figure out how to get videos to load and sometimes you can’t even pause a video it just loops. CS is the most premium band system they should have a smooth app for the money we spend on their product

Programs amazing, helpful, and more effective than most pt. The app though is buggy, once you play a video it’s stuck on, no pausing it and then It just loops until you leave that module. I get it, dev is expensive but there are affordable ways now days. Our family company leverages talent in Latam and it makes a world of difference.
