Go on YouTube & search from there to learn how to use because this app is locked unless you’re a paid subscriber. • Some of the buttons overlap others. • No back button. • Lags when selecting a button.
Unreliable
App goes down for extended periods of time where it just hangs at the loading screen. Since Sept this is the 2nd 2+ week outage of the app. Support says they’re working on it and also states annual plans cannot be partially reimbursed. I’ve canceled my subscription and will not use this app .. which since it’s down I can’t if I wanted to.
BROKEN DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP
This used to be a quality mobility app but now the features are so broken that it seems like whoever runs this company has completely given up on the app. I’ve saved several mobility and scraping sessions to correspond with my workouts and I’m not able to play any of them back so that feature is absolutely worthless and that was one of the main sellers of this app for me.

Now it’s not even serviceable, every time I save a session trying to replay that session at a later date is impossible.
the welcome series is the only thing you need
if you are new to muscle recovery, their welcome seriesis is the only thing you need. You don't have to think about what configurations to choose in the guided recovery set up, simply just follow the program and you will feel the difference in your body.

Saw that one of the influencers I follow uses this app and decdied to try it out. I’m just ending my free trial but definitely gonna stick to it for a couple months cause it’s making my recovery so easy
Super helpful
Sometimes you feel sore in a certain spot but don’t know how to stretch it - when I found the Sidekick app it was sweet cause I could pick exctaly where I wanted to stretch and it would give me a whole program to follow. Super helpful
