Can’t get past WiFi connection setup
I can not seem to get past the WiFi setup, I do everything the instructions say, I have the ideal setup they recommend, and when I get to the final step to connect to WiFi it tells me it can not connect. This App and this company don’t seem to care about user experience. While maybe the product(400s) does what it’s supposed to do which is filter air, the extra feature of connecting to WiFi and having the convenience of the App is useless and a complete waste of money. If you have an iPhone don’t waste your time or money hoping you will be able to connect your Airmega 400s to WiFi. Save a few $ and get the none “s” model.
Wi fi failure
What is going on. We went to Verizon fios and now my purifier no longer connects. What’s the fix to this !!! How do I return for credit because of this failure…. Will not rate until I see a response I have to rate in order to send. That is why I are getting a 1 star rating. I will change once I get the response and resolution.

Can’t Even Create Account
I’ve tried just about everything there is to try, and the app simply won’t send a verification code no matter what email or phone number I input. Terrible app.
Great Product, HORRIBLE App
Seriously. FIRE your developers, or hire a vendor that knows what their doing. Successfully paired one air purifier, the other two…forget it. Repeated attempts have been unsuccessful. Your overall 1-star rating says a lot about your inability to make a successful app for a successful product.
Great app as long as you use a 2.4ghz network
Great app and no issues here. Put it in your 2.4ghz network and be sure to NOT allow your router to auto switch between 5ghz and 2.4 on that network. It will result in m connection issues described in the low rated reviews here. As with all IOT, our network is partitioned so that our 5ghz can access IOT devices running on the 2.4 network, but the 2.4 cannot reach out to our more important personal devices in the 5ghz network. If your router can’t do this, get a new one.
Terrible app
It’s a shame that Coway can’t create a better app that works over my local network. This app is a thin wrapper around a website, yet somehow needs to be constantly updated. Since it’s a web view, it’s often laggy, and I frequently have to log in. I expect better from Coway.
