I just bought this for myself after using my friends app for a few weeks. I use it everyday. It is a really great step-by-step app to follow if you are new to yoga like myself. I really like that it tracks the days you have completed the workout through the calendar. A visual aid to the days I may have cheated on before really pushes me harder the next time. I can already see and feel a change in my body after only one month..... AMAZING!!!
Nice concept and looks, but just one sequence
First, the good: - It has a nice 3D character guiding you through each pose - Focus on breathing in each pose - You can configure the pose difficulty, scene, music, etc Then the not so good: - Just one sequence with basic asanas provided, if you are really into yoga this is just too little - There are much more complete yoga apps for less $ Overall the idea is nice, but it really needs more sequences and/or a way to define your own (that would make it awesome, with the 3d character automatically moving between poses).
