Needs guidelines or instructions for settings
I just wish it had instructions as the timing that you’re supposed to set it up, I’m trying this app for the first time. I think it’s healthy but I have no idea how to use it. I see the settings but where is the guidelines maybe it’s just me?

Thank you for making breathing coherently easy to do. One slight change i would suggest is having a different tone for the inhale and the exhale so when doing the sleep pattern one doesn't have to watch the phone to pay attention to inhale and exhale, if one gets off track on the pattern. Thanks!
I love this app.
I like how you can ser the time and change your backgrounds. I wish I could get more backgrounds. Even if I had to pay for them. Just to mix it up a little.
Almost great
I like it for breath exercises but there are two problems. One there needs to be options to go longer than 10 min. Add 15, 20, and 30 min options. Two there needs to be a delay so you can get situated before the breathing begins. Options for 10 seconds up to a 1 min delay would be ideal.
