I know the developer of this app had got intentions, but the people who get on this app and use it not all of the people, but about 90%, including the pier guides the very commonly well-known major ones, use this platform as a way to feel and seek attention. People who actually need help and advice, do not come on this app because, you will think that people care because that’s how they always start to make you think but give it time and you’ll start to see the layers peel off. You will start to realize it’s very drama based, and there are actual cliques of people who open rooms just to deliberately talk and defend other peoples character. The rooms that are pure guided need to be monitored way more than they are. There are so many guys and women who use this as a dating app and are just predators seeking out vulnerable individuals, putting much time and effort into learning peoples weaknesses, and who they are where they live, even showing up to their places of work or their house. Just to seek out people and they live in a delusional world. The topic of narcissism on this app is so overkill that honestly the app is probably consisting of about 85% of undiagnosed narcissistic people who do not need to be voicing any opinion about any advice or anything to others. The concept of the app is amazing, the people on here have ruined it and it’s getting worse and worse, and worse. Just keep in mind that these are complete strangers, mind you. Don’t forget that at the end of the day this is an app and it’s the Internet. We’re talking about here so anybody can say that they are whatever they wanna be and it doesn’t take much these days especially for very sick individuals who have very bad intentions to figure out, with the smallest amount information, where are you live. People have very very twisted intentions and unfortunately they use this app as an outlet to instead of going to seek help from a real therapist. They chose to come on this app and hurt vulnerable people because that’s what makes them feel good. I understand “hurting people hurt people “. But I myself I’ve been hurt, and I don’t hurt other people. I deliberately try my best in life to be very cautious of other emotions and feelings, and this app has caused me more mental turmoil Then it has done any good for me. If you choose to use this app, take everything you hear with the grain of salt. I would not disclose personal information as in your real name, location, age, etc.. This app has great intentions, but the world and society so unfortunately messed up that even a support group have it outlet for dangerous people to hurt others. Welcome to 2024.

This is not a good app if you seriously need help. The users are very locked into cliques, and dominate the conversations by narrating their lives while others listen. I have not bothered with the “professional” rooms, as they cost money and seem to have LOTS of people in them. I can listen to a TED Talk for free. This is a terrible app that only increased my social isolation. Beware.

This app has helped in so many ways. If you are struggling with the loss of a relationship, grief, even traumatic experiences, connecting with others who’ve gone thru similar life situations can be so healing. The professionals who guide the discussions are great and really do care. One criticism I have are the bugs in the app. For example, when I’m in a group, I can’t message in the group chat box. My app just freezes so having to close out of the app and miss the discussion is really unfortunate. Other than that, great app.

I posted a question in a chat room on this app months ago, and I'm told there is no way to go and see if there was an answer to my question. I've been told that I'm the only one who's ever asked to look for a way to easily find a previous post to my question. i'm told there is no way to do this and I will have to scroll back months of chat room messages between 13,000 or more participants in order to find the one post that I had posted back in November. This seems outrageous to me, and only something that will make people who are already stressed out even more frustrated than they already are. You need to seriously reconsider how you've constructed your app because it's counterproductive and only has served to to make life more difficult
