Limited features
The app has plenty of routines and exercises in its library, which is great. But I wish it would let me add past workouts to a specific date. I can only have the workout on the calendar if I do it at the moment. And it requires me to actually go through the workout on the app versus just adding what I did with the rest period, etc. It would also be nice to be able to plan future workouts and add them to the calendar for the sake of saving time and also have a progression plan. Now, one has to find the desired routine and then go through it
Really liking this app but I wish….
Been using this app for about a month and I really love it. I’ll def be extending the pro version when the time comes. The amount of workouts, challenges, and progressive workout plans really make it fun and keep the intensity up. The only thing I wish I was able to do would be to schedule the workouts so I could plan a week or so at a time. Other than that, this app is awesome!
A good way to start
I was totally new to calisthenics when I downloaded this app and it is a great way for beginners to get the basics. I’ve been doing one of the programs and have already noticed some gains! It’s straightforward and, unlike a lot of sport apps, it’s not totally over-engineered. Was worth the paid option in my opinion.
Good but missing flexibility
I like how this app is organized. Unfortunately I do not haveparallel bars to work with. App does not provide alternatives. So I’m shopping for different app.
