Love this app when wanting to relax.
Very misleading!
The pictures shown make it seem like the orator walks you through each phase of a breath (such as how to do belly breathing). Instead you are asked how you feel while you are breathing. Reminders max out at 60 minutes. There are four programs, three of them lasting about 30 seconds. Finally you cannot change the sound of the timer. The pictures are misleading and there is no customization.
Would be great if it worked
I love the audios, but the reminders don't work at all. I select a time and then it clears to "off". Also can't change the sound.
Worth It
Ok. Just buy this app. I really appreciate this app. I'm able to use it on my phone. Love that it reminds me to just breathe. A must have for busy people

Finally I have found an app that helps me remember to check my breath AND it isn't too annoying or distracting to me or other people around me, especially when I am required to be in the office.
App doesn't work!
Reminders don't ring at all when they're supposed to. Waste of money!
