A Perfect Companion to Treatment
This is a beautifully designed and user friendly app. Great if you’re starting out with ketamine for the first time or in advanced practice. Highly recommend to accompany with treatment! It’s been extremely beneficial in enhancing my therapy sessions by offering tools to prime my mind before session and offering meaningful journaling exercises post session as well. It provides a wide range of helpful resources in the programs listed that are both quick and easy to access. I find myself returning to it at least once a week when I need a refresher or to accompany a session. I’ve shared a lot of the YouTube videos, book recommendations, and exercises provided in the app, because I’ve found it to be so healing and helpful for myself. You can tell that those behind the app are caring, thoughtful, and experienced in what they do. Thankful for the BetterU team, their care and support has changed my life. ✨ 🙏

I heard about Better U-Ketamine therapy for a while and finally bit the bullet just two months ago. My dad was sick for several years, and dealing with his decline wasn't easy. We lost him this past January and I fell into a deep depression. I started Better-U and it became my routine once a week. I feel like I’m more present than I’ve been all year and things began to surface that I didn’t even realize were there. It’s helped me find forgiveness in my heart and to be grateful for this life.
