Best Barre App!
Best Barre app I’ve found! I am really picky! Love the music and the moves…other barre workouts just don’t do it for me. I used to do cardio barre at a studio and wanted something similar to that and this is it!

I really really like cardio; but, know the benefits of barre. So, I started adding Barre into my weekly workouts. I just couldn’t find a Barre app that got my heart rate up & that I enjoyed until Belle Bod! I have tried Pure Barre, Physique 57, Tracey Mallett, Barre3, Tracey Anderson (which is barre-ish), NEOU, and countless others. I found about this app from a barre blog. I’m curious to know why this amazing app doesn’t really come up as one of the tops hits when I searched, “barre” in the App Store. The workouts are quality & the teachers are great! So happy that I found Belle Bod! 👏🏽 P.S. Still trying to figure out how to access the weekly live workouts though 🤷🏽♀️
Quality, Price, Variety, and Variation of Intensity all on Point
This is by far my most used workout app (and I have a lot of them). I love the workouts as they target all those areas ladies want to target, they don’t build bulk, and they are quick and efficient. The classes fly by with great music and entertaining/ knowledgeable instruction with a dash of personality in every class. You can vary your intensity as much as you want depending on what your body needs. I did these workouts with modifications the whole time I was pregnant and now postpartum I am in love with the shorter workout options so I can squeeze a few in during naps and add on a quick strength, cardio etc. when I can!

Barre on steroids!
Every year I try a new workout. I love barre, but needed to change it up as I felt that I was plateauing. The workouts are a perfect blend of cardio/hiit and barre.
