I came across BWYA during Covid while mindlessly scrolling Instagram and I have never looked back! Heather is amazing, the workouts are customizable and the app is so easy to navigate! I love how I can click the workout that best fits my needs. If I only have 30 minutes, she’s got me covered, if I want yoga or stretching, she’s got me covered! Love it!

If you are looking for a Barre program that is fun, challenging, and sweaty...this is the BEST! I have been using this program for almost two years and haven’t looked back since. My body has completely changed for the better. I am stronger, leaner, and more more flexible. The music is fantastic. It will keep you going. There is also minimal equipment needed. Heather, the barre boss, is wonderful at keeping you motivated and challenged. She will also make you laugh while cursing her inwardly for your sore muscles! No one wants to go into a workout without some challenge. She is not only the barre boss, but she is a barre babe too. Totally approachable and interested in her fellow barre babes! She is a great personality, with great taste in music and workout moves. You get all of this without having to leave your house! It’s amazing! Please checkout this app and barre program. You will not be disappointed. I can’t rave about this program enough.

Not only is Heather the best Barre Instructor, her workouts are challenging and will work every part of your body while listening to the best playlists.
