I love this scale! I have been using it for a few years now and I’ve found the readings to be consistent. I love that I can follow, not only my weight, but also my BMI and percentage of water, visceral fat, total fat, muscle mass in pounds, bone mass, plus much more. The instructions were very clear on how to set the scale to your home WiFi. Once you pair it to your phone and download the app, you can view all of your results in both a graph format (view in daily, weekly or monthly) and a format that shows all of your results on one screen. If you tap on the result boxes, it will show you where you are on a scale in comparison to “normal” results or it will explain what the results measure. You can also do a comparison of two results and print them out if you want. I would take this to my doctor to show him my progress. The app also has an option to record your body measurements and shows you how to take the measurements correctly so you’ll be consistent. An option to record your food intake has been added but I haven’t used that so I can’t review that portion. You can also use the scale for more than one person and it keeps the results confidential. I think you can share the results with a friend or family member that also has this scale and app so you can support each other. Again, I don’t use this option so can’t review it. I would highly recommend this Arboleaf digital WiFi scale to anyone that takes their health seriously. I weigh in daily and I’ve only had to change the batteries twice in the past 3-4 years. It gives you a warning of “lo” when your batteries need to be changed and you don’t lose your readings since they are stored in the cloud and on your app.

Since the update when I open the app my information had *** in numerous places. I’ve refreshed multiple times. Also the ability to see the progress graph isn’t very convenient, I wish I could click on my current weight (if it was actually depicted) and see my progress

The scale and app are very easy to use, accurate and give you a lot of additional information. I use it every morning. I am home. The app itself is great. I am using the new weight loss app. The data upload to noon every morning by itself. It also uploads to other health apps. I purchased this app well over five years ago. It is accurate. It was a fair price. It is well-made. It arrived on time. What more could I ask for?

Have been loosing weight sense the first of the year. Cutting out snacks and eating more healthy food. The tracking on the app lets me not worry about days when my weight went up, I am able to track the overall path of my loss and not a small uptick in weight. Helping me stick with my goal !

I’ve had this scale for 4+ years. Why can’t it connect to 5G WiFi? I don’t know many people that have LESS than 5G. It still works but I have no way of tracking without a slower wifi. Defeats the purpose.
