Really bad
I pretty much echo everything people have already said. It really doesn’t sync, stay synced or keep you logged on. Crashes almost on the daily. Works pretty good with Fitbit but is completely useless with Apple. You would think, since Apple has such a large user base Cigna would want to fix this if they really cared about your health. Doesn’t even looked like they’ve updated the app in a couple of years. Pitiful.
Frustrating
The app is terrible. The website is terrible. It doesn’t seem to have any support from the developer. Last update was 2 years ago? Tracking activities is way to convoluted. It is not user friendly at all. If I didn’t know better, I would think it was made difficult on purpose.
Completely non-functional
It’s been glitchy for awhile, then last 3 weeks wouldn’t sync with my watch, this week I can’t enter manual activity. This is incredibly frustrating as it’s such a great motivator when it works. I’ve called and emailed and have not received follow up from Cigna.
Not working
Error message that an earlier reviewer noted (uh-oh something went wrong) on Aug 10th is still not fixed. Will not let me log my progress for weekly challenges. Didn’t save my progress last week. Makes it impossible to get financial incentives offered through employer. Cigna, PLEASE provide an update for Apple devices!!
Good idea bad form
This is a great idea. Definitely a good motivator for healthy lifestyle choices. However it does not always function properly. The app has not synced with my health app in the last 2 weeks and I cannot always enter things manually. If this were fixed it would be perfect.
This app need help!
When it works, it’s great. But soooo many times, it doesn’t!😡. I try to manually enter my activities and I get “Uh-oh. Something went wrong. Sorry about that.” I’ve been a Cigna customer for many years. All of my colleagues are frustrated too. Please fix this ASAP. If it’s not working, I’m actually losing $ because I can’t get reimbursed for my exercise 😡
A Truly Poor App
I don’t even know where to begin. Logging in is bothersome. Even with multiple apps and devices linked to this one, I don’t get correct reports of my activity. I often need to log out and back in to see results, and they are often still not correct. I sure hope Cigna doesn’t use this info to make any decisions about my health. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
