Great, Functional Total Body Workout

My passion is kickboxing, so most of my workouts are spent kicking and punching things. This routine is great because it hits all the major muscle groups in 30 minutes, is challenging with very light weight needed on most exercises, and can be plugged in 2-3 times a week to supplement my kickboxing workouts. Simple and effective!

I am by no means a fitness pro. With gyms being closed I decided to use my home equipment to get fit. This app is very easy to follow and most importantly it works! There is no push to buy things, no AI trainer yelling at you, just simple weight lifting.
