Simple, and very effective.
The worse reviews are just because of the difficulty. You can make it easier or harder just by pressing the star at the top right and choosing a level. I agree with one review saying that after the quite frequent rest days, it adds 14 seconds to your time to plank, which IMO is a lot. The app doesn’t have any glitches and the ads are fine. I like the little reminders they send you. Only complaint is that the rest days are quite frequent and there is no way to change them. I think all it needs is some more customization (like being able to add or subtract time to make it easier or harder, or being able make the rest days more or less). Either way, the app is great, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants nice abs!!!
Main focus
This app does good for anyone who really wants to strengthen your core, I use this app along side of using the wheel to really help my get my core back in good shape.. Don’t forget to get more cardio into your workout so not only you feel the muscle tightening back up but you will be able to see the results as well...i like the company because they also have the pushups & squat challenge..
Not good for seniors
Sit-ups shown are not good for spine so I decided not to use this app.

I need to be able to set my own times.
This has preset times in the app. I am already well past the 20 second plank so I want to be able to put in my own times. Uninstalled
It’s good but could be better
The challenges start off easy enough but definitely do get tougher. Once you hit day 20ish the difficulty sets in. The timer doesn’t seem very accurate. I swear it changes speeds throughout each challenge.
