Virtual deck is crazy
Online poker decks are missing non stop but I do have to agree with bad beats here. Runner runner for a set to beat me after all in. It has happened so many times I can even call it: Algo seems to reward the aggressor with an all in bet or the player in the lead.

Bait and switch tactics. Nothing during the sign up process tells you that they will REQUIRE your physical SS card. After you waste your time signing up, you will get an error message telling you they can not verify your info, and they force you to upload a hard copy of SS card. They don’t ask for that when signing up to play WSOP events in Vegas, so no reason to ask for that online. When you ask to speak to management, they will tell you it’s impossible, and end chat session. I realized why I stayed away from online poker all these years, too many clowns “running” operations. Looks like I have to wait out C19, to start playing poker again.

This app is a joke I downloaded it put in my info and it tells me I'm not me then I try to log It sends me a code to log in with so I copy and paste it and it won't log me in keeps repeating that it sent me a log in code then I try to change my passcode and I put In my new passcode it then says re enter it and I do and it says passwords don't match so I re did both pass codes 5 times I know dam good and well I typed in the same password and it just keeps saying the don't match this app is a joke a complete joke it should be ban from the App Store

Hot boiling garbage. FACT. There is a reason why this company is turned upside down in debt. On topic: Like many others have said, on here on iTunes and countless players online on the net, cheating is rampant on this site. Everything from obvious collusion of players to in-house superusers. You will get dealt AA-KK-JJ in proper position for those hands. Of course you are expected to bet accordingly. And, when you do, it is an absolute certainty that your hand will get cracked. Not just once or twice, but more than 90% of the time. This is a statistical impossibility. Period. You will get beat. Many many times. And, it wont be "variance". But, it will be a tightly written algorithm designed to rapidly separate you from your money. You will observe uour Aces getting cracked by a guy holding 46off. You will watch your pocket pairs consistently get beat by some low-made straight hand. And, you will tilt to no end when your Ace high flush is conveniently beat by a Straight Flush. Not once. But many times sitting at the same table! Straight over straight , flush over flush, all in all a very bad beat for you if you play here.
