App is a joke
Not at all like standard poker. Odds of hitting when your behind are probably 90%. I have never seen so many last card hits to beat the higher hand. It’s a joke and borderline corrupt with the “random generator” they use. Theres no way you should have a “90%” chance of winning and lose 90% of the time.
Needs landscape mode!
Gameplay is fine, though cash games not too populated. But the iPad app needs to have landscape mode. It’s ridiculous to have to play in portrait mode.
Awful customer service
Takes forever to get a game going and even when you send your bank information still can’t do a withdrawal
Gamble
Bad beats
I like to play in this site But I get more share of bad beat
That is call WSOP
IT DOESNT TAKE A GENIUS TO SPOT A SCAM
I’ve been playing live poker for many many years. I believe overall I do pretty good. Because I love the game so much online poker can be fairly enticing. This is the last time I will ever give any online gambling my money. They are stealing our money. Stop giving them your money. As far as I’m concerned the owners belong in prison. I’m going to look very deeply into the possibility of bringing to light how exactly they are doing this and getting away with it. This won’t be easy but it is possible. DONT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU OF YOUR MONEY I attempted to withdraw my money. They told me that I needed several pieces of identification. I gave them far more information and proof of my identification than I felt comfortable with yet I complied. They said it could take two weeks before they could transfer my money. I can’t imagine why it would take so long. A couple of weeks pass and they send me an email claiming they could not process it unless I gave them further information. Why could you not have me do that initially before telling me it would take two weeks? I could elaborate more but I’ll stop there. I wonder how much money they are earning in interest from all the money other players are requesting to withdraw only to wait two weeks or longer because of their obvious intentional delays. People don’t play online poker. It’s a huge criminal enterprise in my opinion. I tried to close my account. I look everywhere on the app to figure out how to do this. From what I can tell there is no way to close it. I sent them a request for instructions to close it. It’s been four days now and I’m being completely ignored. So now I can’t close the account and I have tons of personal identification that apparently will be at some point hacked in the same way at@t was recently hacked. I am furious with this whole thing. Meanwhile these criminals are getting away with it
Possible bots
Every time I play a tournament on there and have the best possible hand someone jams all in on me and the runout completes their 3,7 off suit. Maybe the players on there are just out of their minds but I find it unlikely that every time I have Aces in an all in pre flop I lose to a Jack,4 off suit or some other ridiculous hand. Played about 80 tournaments on there cashed maybe 8 of them. Managed to always get coolered by a hand that should of never been played and get knocked out right before the money. Maybe that’s just poker but I’ve never seen Aces be a 20% chance to win preflop all in like it is with me. Or I’m just the most unlucky player there is. But I have noticed the percentage of winning all in number change before the next card is dealt giving the other person the winning percentage. And the amount of times they were drawing dead and magically got there seems fishy. Never using this app again!
Bug fix.
