I love how like most mobile game companies these so called devs always fish out the EXACT SAME response as they do to everyone. “We’re sorry to hear our game doesn’t meet expectations. Rest assured your feedback is important to us. Plz have a good day”. I’ve only met two companies that actually care about the player. The one being Bethesda and Mighty doom. And even then they’re iffy. But the folks at Star Trek Timelines have given me stuff just bc I was Inconvenienced. I even asked for certain blueprints and they gave me enough to complete my favorite ship (NX-01 & Generational NX-01). I just got burned by other devs giving me the runaround. The ppl at LOST LIGHT took my money then said they announced a server wipe. Only notification I got was in Korean. And why wud I wanna play a game where my progress is deleted unless I’m a paypig and get “vials & sereums”?! I brought up I lost something I paid which violates tos as it what I paid for wasn’t advertised nor did it say “devs have the right to …. (—- you over)” and got the runaround from Unkilled/DECA games and Tapjoy Offererwall ( did stuff for free gold never got the gold). Just once I wish devs didn’t use scripted responses and cared about what ppl say. They typically milk a game, cash in on success and when it fails and ppl get rightfully mad they let it go until support is all but dead and then bring out a “new game”. The. Again some devs like those at the one Warhammer game said “we’re closing down. But you can still play with 5* stuff”. What’s the point?! How hard is it for devs to be real and actually care? If you’re gonna respond with fake replies don’t bother. And if they’d e this lazy with responses you can gauge how the game and service is too… Trust me. I’ve dealt with Customer Service & Support in the Gaming Industry for 15 almost 20 years now.

When I first started it was fun and rewarding and so much things to learn and do but every day you find yourself low on metal oil and silver and you would have to make tons of effort to get some oil getting to level 19 was like a 5 year old lifting up a 500lb weight it was super hard and I could only change a few things in my base once per month and never use money.

So World War Machines Conquest is a very good mobile platform probably even the best one I found, but there are downsides of the game such as: low resources, poor amount of tanks and planes for some unlucky players who didn’t get any legendary tanks or epic ones. To fix this I suggest adding a guaranteed chance to have a epic and or higher when rolling 10 times. Other problems aside from resources and power is your alliance territory there was a person who joined and left my alliance and just sat there in the way of my construction of walls and I had to beg this guy just to get off and he had a fracking peace shield so I could not attack him so to fix this you should make peace shields unusable in alliance territory’s your not joined with
United StatesUnfair game-play and too many bugs
Been playing this game for about a year and I have come to the conclusion that I won’t be playing much longer. This goes for a lot of people in the game across multiple servers. Customer service reaches out with a form email saying they will look into bugs or issues and you never hear from them again. And no, the issues or bugs aren’t fixed. During server wars which is a 3 day event, the top 100 people in power get to go to this event however, the leading alliances R5 and R4’s can kick you out whenever they like and do so frequently. I tried to port in over 20 times and was kicked each time not being able to participate. I pay money just like them to play this game and this isn’t right. Also, they hold cities with their farms and move them around so you can’t participate in Berlin as well. The money paid stops today! Way to ruin a great game. I have to add…the game is from Korea, the top alliance I am referring to is Korean. It doesn’t take an idiot to see the problem.
