I’ve been playing this game for over a year. There are a lot of updates to the game that cause the game to freeze and glitch which prompts more updates. Recently, I purchased a shield and it registered that it was purchased. The shield never engaged and I lost everything. It was a glitch in the servers. No big deal right, I’ll contact support. Support did nothing. They confirmed I clicked on shield and purchase was made but said I never activated the shield. It’s clearly a communication issue between their servers and my device and could easily be fixed however they chose not too. Very bad customer service for a company who wants and promotes you to purchase items from their stores.

Typical of this type of game. If you expect to grow quickly… It will take $$. Slow is really really really slow. You can expedite by joining a good Alliance. Repeating a good alliance. There are bugs and glitches. Lag time or a bounce can kill you and also cost that real coin you just put in. Also Shields which are purchased in game packs at $20 a pop are not a guarantee. In an disagreement with game officials as I type. Progress is slow.. You have to be in this game for the long haul. As you gain power however more opportunities arise within the game. Yes it has those players… Just keep in mind long haul.. I continue to play the game. Just beware… of costs and that what you buy may not work as it can be taken down without knowledge…
