I find it interesting that every time I play a cash game, and get a really good time, it says “something went wrong”. I have to close out of the game and wait for a while so the message will clear (otherwise it keeps popping up and won’t let me play). When I go back in, it shows the message “you’re break was too long…..” and gives me “0” for my score. I’ve lost quite a bit of money simply from errors with the game.

False statements. Says bonus cash can be used to earn winnings, which can be withdrawn. Completely false. It’s appears up to 20% of winnings are converted back to non-withdrawable money. Zero customer service from sending an email within the app. And you can’t prove you sent an email because you don’t receive an email stating “We received your email and will respond”. I dug up an address and it comes back as a virtual office. One phone number is a Google number, another phone number is a restaurant. Total scam.
