I’ve played these bingo games awhile this one has padded reviews they give you free entries into a tournament but use it to get you to watch ads And I played all 5 and every time they made it so you can’t get points by avoiding a line mine was the b line and then called o 72 twice they just use it to get their ad money and your deposits
United StatesThe Worst Customer Service / Dishonest Gameplay
In October of 2023, I had an issue. A frozen game. Not only was my entry refunded, I was asked to give my email (?) and a gift would arrive. It has never come. And why don’t you have my email?? Anyway, I’ve won here and there. But it’s almost like the worst thing you can do is win anything. Because the game will ensure that you lose everything you won and then some when you make the awful decision to continue playing. They decide when you can win again and it won’t be soon. This is a really good layout. Great graphics and an entertaining and challenging app. But if you ever should have a game freeze or the app crashes midplay or any other event that could arise that might require Customer Support’s assistance, it’s not gonna happen. I’ve had all of that and not since that October situation when I was foolishly trusting of Lucky Day, I haven’t heard anything at all from them. I have tried contacting them thru various venues… their blackjack game (also a cheat), Facebook, googled emails for them and absolutely nothing at all. No technical support, no “tough luck” response… just nothing. I’ve spent a lot of money here. A lot. And they won’t reply to my emails or requests for tech support. So, why should I stick around? Why should anyone install this app? They do not value the people, just their money. Why stick around? I’m sure I’ll see a formulaic and borderline condescending response from the developer. It will ask me to contact them 😂😂😔 Or ask for my email 😂😂😂 At this point, why bother. Avoid this app. I suggest Blitz, Pocket Games or Bingo For Cash. They all pay out much quicker.. Sometimes within an hour and should you need customer support, they actually have it. UPDATE April 20 It has been several weeks and still zero response. The developer response below was from LAST YEAR asking for screenshots of a match that was played weeks before. It’s ridiculous and offensive for them to believe that would have possible. In the weeks since my response, I’ve played again. Including 15 minutes ago. Despite scoring near perfect dabs (140-150 per dab), I found myself in fifth and 7th place respectively. This game is A SCAM and I sincerely you protect your money by avoiding it at all cost. Again, I have received no response whatsoever. Not here as a response or from any of the several email addresses they have asked us to write to. Whomever Jacob is, likely doesn’t exist or just doesn’t bother. Return the favor and don’t bother with them. I am done with this app forever. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars, I regret ever downloading this awful app.

Do not trust them, they take your money through glitches. I have screen recordings showing their fraudulent activity on other Lucky Day games, and if you have proof of their behavior they just ghost you and refuse to answer emails.
