Knotwords+ is a minimal and elegant logic puzzle — with words. The rules are simple: arrange the letters in each section so every word is valid, across and down. Each puzzle may seem difficult at first — but like all my favorite newspaper puzzles, it gets easier as you progress. Each step guides you naturally towards the solution. This is the kind of game I've been trying to make my whole career — I'm amazed Jack and I discovered this design. We hope you like it.
Issue with a word
Here’s the clue: third person singular simple present indicative of eff. My issue is either allow profanity or not. No one can give the correct answer when you don’t allow profanity. Even if it is a cute way to say it. Please consider 1) either allowing the monthly puzzle books open play and not linear. Or 2) allow hints to accumulate more than six. The first five puzzles of the puzzle books are easy. No hints needed! Then last ~fifteen are not. You can spend days on one puzzle and never complete the book. Otherwise the premise is fun and clever.i don’t think anyone is reading these comments but worth a try…

The game offers three ways to do input, but not the obvious fourth one that’s what I actually want: Zone+Skip. All three other modes do an impressive job of misunderstanding which space should be filled next vs the intuitive That said I’ve played for two months straight and enjoy the daily challenges. It’s a good word game that could be great with some more attention paid to some easy QOL improvements.

i love this game but the way there’s no logical path for the letters send me up a wall. the letters can be in a line straight down and it will still try to jump from spot 1 to spot 3 to spot 4, back to 1. it makes literally no sense whatsoever and ruins my daily times.

Given that the “plus” version is in Apple Arcade. A paid subscription… would be nice to have some sort of leaderboard amongst Game Center friends. Also, having a way to minimize the hint would be perfect. Tends to get in the way of the puzzle once a hint is used.

Why are the puzzles all timed? Yes a month to so some of them, but at the end of the week, you’ll have four moderately difficult puzzles along with the final puzzles in the monthly selection, which are moderately difficult also. Do you really dislike your users so much you want to punish us for playing?

I love the game and I play it almost every day. I have only had one instance where I was completely confused. Nope does not mean to hit someone over the head. It got a real big giggle out of me and my friends. Thank you so much for this game.
