Issue
I spent a lot of money on upgrades and after about a week the game wouldn’t open on my Phone. I sent a message trying to get the issue resolved but got no response. The only way I restored it was by reinstalling it on my phone, so I’ve lost all my progress and all my upgrades are gone. It’s a great game but I’m very frustrated that I got no response and lost all my money and progress.

I love this game and something happen and I lost all progress I’m very upset I made purchase to advance to the next level now I’m at level 1 again and I don’t know how to restore my game back to where I was it show all of my achievements on the game but when I open it takes me back to level 1 I have contacted and I haven’t heard anything all I want is to go back to my game if anyone can help please restore my game

I spent like $25 on that game getting upgrades and made it quite a ways and then today it crashed a bunch and then started me out at level 1 again with no upgrades. Tried to contact support and that’s not working either.
