Started playing and everything went well for a while and then I started buying ship packages. And having the ship you were using selected when you buy a new ship package it replaces that ship and then you can no longer get your good ship back. I want my money back spend about $90 on this game and now I can’t even play it because it took away my good ships when I bought a cheap package just to get the crates to upgrade my crew. You have to fix this asap

Game was already monetized to some extent but with the most recent update it has caused gameplay to become tedious at best and frankly incredibly frustrating without having a credit card with no spending limit. The casual player will quickly become disillusioned. It is unfortunate as the game had great potential but as happens all too often, the developer chose profit over maintaining their customer loyalty which would have enticed players to make in-app purchases by choice, not having to do so just to maintain an even chance at progressing. This customer will be deleting sooner than later as the casual, enjoyable aspect is now untenable. Edit 1/5/24: Now the game will freeze and not give rewards on fleet battles. It sometimes gives the option to purchase another ship of the same class and then other times does not. It appears the coding and programming of this game was done very haphazardly. I would warn other newcomers to not invest too much time or energy into this game as they will be disappointed. Such a pity, the developers had a winner on their hands, they ruined it.

Here’s another very expensive game to play. After spending almost $50, I’m stuck because I’m having a hard time winning any battles. If that was not bad enough, the game has flaws where while the battle is going of, it has static and it freezes. When that happens, the battle is lost automatically. Sometimes you have to shut it down and restart. Additionally, there is not enough tutorial material to teach you which troops are better. Some troops seem worthless.
