Please help with my game
Enjoyable game yet currently I am on the page where I was given an option to reset my password.. now I am stuck on the page that says G5 friends on upper left corner. The upper right allows for a review and problem. I tried accessing the problem option yet it failed. I go no response. Is stuck on this page and the x in upper right corner does not respond when pressed, I am writing I this domain because it’s the only feature that works. Even the bottom row staring with profile doesn’t respond either. Please help. Your help and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have been hesitant to write this for a while now and the time has come that I have to. Your prices have doubled, in game and for purchase of the gems themselves. Not nice! I got the Easter upgrade (late because I’m an iPhone user) and WHAM everything is doubled!! Now I’ve seen your ridiculous replies about this subject and I DO take advantage of the free things I earn. I have also always given myself an ‘allowance’ for my entertainment, because that’s all it is. No different than going to a movie. Since you have decided to start charging caviar prices for your can of tuna fish, I’ll spend my ‘allowance’ elsewhere. Thanks, no thanks.

This is my first review I have ever done but felt I needed to say something after taking the time to play this BORING GAME…. that rarely gives you diamonds and makes it difficult to progress or even win. I will not be buying anymore games from this App Developer

Not really sure how you get to new levels to get rid of the smog Please let me know what the goal is and what all the symbols mean

The game play seems to have balanced out. Yes sometimes I run out of moves and have to repeat the level but not so often as to frustrate me. I don’t like the fog. Too much white. Can’t you just put a cross of chains and/or a lock or jail bars and the sheriff badge over the areas instead of all that white fog. Is it possible for you to post a picture of the full map as it is at the start of the game (without the fog)? Have a way to access a place with the description of what the tools do and how to get rid of blockers accessible during level play. The pause menu may be a good place for this. I’m working on making a chart of what items are in what level to make the market place quests easier as many are found in multiple locations.
