Horrible customer service
This is a fun game with cute commentary. However, when I had a recent problem and sent it in more than once, the team that is supposed to help me promptly closed my ticket without replying. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been playing this game for years, all the way back to when you just paid for the app. I have always loved it, but I am strongly considering deleting the app. I have had so many bugs and issues, and have been trying to contact support multiple times since last NOVEMBER, all with nothing except the automated reply stating that I will be contacted within 72 hours. Hasn’t happened. Now none of the daily courses are working, and that used to be my favorite part of the game. I’ve written in several times and have yet to receive a reply. Even an automated announcement that there is a problem and they are working on it would be helpful.

Longtime player for 10+ years. Lately there are widespread technical issues that last for months. Support tickets are rarely responded to and left playing with glitches that take the enjoyment out of the game.
