Touch controls frustrating
I have to push buttons three and four times before they actually work. When there was a button at the very top of the screen I was just madly tapping like twenty times with no reaction from the game. I bought the 3 game bundle just now, and can’t say I feel great about it.
A great adventure game
Amazing game! Great puzzles so far! The scenario is captivating, like reading a good mystery/crime book! I haven’t played the original, but this iOS version seems like a great adaptation of this classic point and click on mobile.
Having fun
Good time
Classic
One of the best point and click adventure games of all time.. glad to enjoy it on iPad now. Was made for touch controls this is great! Can’t wait to play them all on here!
Liked it until..
Could not get passed the chess puzzle I did it at least 15 times with no luck. I looked at tutorials used the hints and no luck. Eventually I just deleted it.
Butchered the game, but playable
I hate that they removed the gorgeous cutscenes—especially the opening one. It does not improve the game. The added scenes with Nico are fine( I like her of course). It’s still fun to play, but lacking. I still had fun, but object interactions are extremely frustrating and I’m constantly hunting around for the right pixels to add object x to object y. It’s worth $5 easily just for the nostalgia. I’ve played all of these games and love them thanks to the voice acting and humor. I don’t need the revamped character portraits when they’re talking and I really wish that they left the cutscenes alone. I’m hoping the BS2 does not have the cutscenes deleted. 5 stars for the original game(I removed 2due to deleting the animations also removing blood lol, it’s not a children’s game). I love questioning the endless characters and showing them every object in my inventory and how funny their personalities are. People complaining about it don’t understand point and click adventure games and why we love them.
