I had an issue upgrading one of my heroes. When I would try to level it up it would stay two levels below its actual level. I messaged support and never even got a response. So I sacrificed the hero and haven’t had an issue since. Still the lack in care for an issue that is reported is concerning. Had I payed money to get that hero I would be far less happy.
