I have submitted a ticket approximately 1 week ago, no reply! My screen is zoomed in and can’t see the left and right sides, Same thing happened last year with the same event going on! Edit to add that I can’t play the newest event and being told to play on mobile device! I am on iPad! Wouldn’t be able to see to play on a phone! I couldn’t play last year on the Easter event due to the SAME glitch! And it is still the same with the western event! Just going to delete this game!

The overall gameplay is very enjoyable however the game has stability issues with loading and continuous crashes. The game will also force you in to buying passes, “limited deals”, and gems to draw weapons bc getting those resources naturally through playing is extremely restrictive. If you want to spend money daily to enjoy the game, downloaded it bc it is fun. If your looking for a F2P game avoid at all costs.

The little I have played was great. Can’t really say much more cuz I can’t get past the load screen. I try very often and different times a day. No luck. Once in a blue moon I get on for about 30 seconds b4 it crashes. Really frustrating.

RPG kinda old school. good campaign story. very few heroes (less than dozen). each hero has three possible professions. improve power by leveling hero, better gear, leveling gear. talents introduced ( talents is new and experimental). minor hero customization. content limited with only 4 dungeon areas, campaign, guild boss. energy system is very limiting. no auto play. must manually do every hero action in battle. enjoy manual battles, but, very time consuming. farming materials VERY limited by slow manual battles and high energy cost. i'm a whale player, purchases are expensive and offer nothing in return. game best suited to f2p with lots of time and minimal expectations.
