The functionality to find products in store is great. The digital coupons don’t work and items on sale often come out at full price. Wegmans spends too many resources pretending to be fancy and making essentials more expensive to the consumer instead of protecting essential product prices like Kroger does.

I loved this app but the update removed the list function which was the best part. It made it so easy to shop and find things in the store you were in, I hope it gets added back.

I can only use the app now as a grocery list. When I open the app, it never loads. I keep hoping with the updates this will resolve, but it hasn’t. I have to go onto the main website to search for items, when I search in th app, I just get the stopwatch in the middle of the screen and nothing ever loads.

I contacted customer service as to why Wegmans doesn’t use landscape mode. They told me don’t use app but to log into browser. I did that but as soon as you click digital coupons…it goes back to portrait mode. come on this is the only app that gives me such trouble.

This app used to be better than it is now. Now the Search and My Items functions no longer work. I cannot add items to my shopping list using the app. If I want to add items, I have to log on through a web browser which defeats the purpose of an app.
