Not so efficient
When you update the app it looses the login information so you have to start all over
No good
App doesn’t work. I click on the restaurant to order and it shows up as a blank white page. If I go to the website it actually works. There’s always problems with this app. The reorder function doesn’t work. Oh even the customer support chat on the website was non existent. No one responded in the chat
Terrible
When the update their app it gets worse instead of better. Reorder function doesn’t work now and some days it’s not even useable so I have to go in person to order. The company in charge of this app needs serious help.
Broken
New update kicked me off my account and apparently deleted all traces of it. Remade the account, verified the email, and now the “add a payment method” screen can’t load, so it’s 100% unusable. Well done!
App (iOS) fails to save password
6Mar2024: First time I set up the App on my iPhone in 2013, the password was not saved to my keychain. Same result this 2nd time. So, who knows what will happen the next time I try to log in to order the always-expensive food at the Citi Global HQ cafeteria at 388 Greenwich. [end]
and now it doesn’t work at all,..
installed the latest update and it’s completely broken. doesn’t remember my credentials, won’t send me an e-mail to “reset” my account,.. took itself out for our entire facility. rumors are some people here have been able to regain functionality by completely Uninstalling and Reinstalling the app and re-creating their accounts,.. but why should we have to? i might try it *once*, then i’m done. too much for something that was always awkward to use.
Something went wrong
This was the error message as I tried to complete an order and it suggested I retry. After many retries, the help desk asked me to remove the app, reboot, reinstall, login and retry. It turned out that the problem was that I had’t “selected” the single delivery option available. It does not remember the password so I have to keep reentering it. No biometrics accepted.
Update. Faster checkout. Now customize and place orders in fewer steps. Bug fixes. Some small ones, nothing huge. Keep reporting them and we'll clear them out!
