The APP, although encouraged for shopping, is close to useless. It’s obvious Stew wants to be up-to-date & able to contend with his competitors. But he either needs to fix this so it’s at least in the running or concede defeat & never look back. It’s very telling when -the app hasn’t been updated in TWO YEARS (a lifetime in technology) -then only the “display” was improved -the wine stores apps, which are geographically specific, have almost all 4-star ratings -the kids’ app has better ratings than the main store app that this particular app is just not a priority for Stew. He’s got the money, and most certainly the connections, to hire somebody who knows how to improve this nightmare. All of that said, it’s ridiculous to offer “app only” sale prices just to entice people to download something that causes nothing but frustration for all.

Always have a reward but when I get there it’s expired or not working or you have to spend over 100$ to get it . Why can’t we put our phone numbers in ? I don’t bother with it anymore ! Cashiers are even sure !
