Allow customers to use their rewards
What is the point of rewards if you can’t actually use them on the app or online? I’ve tried having the issue resolved in person and via the text help to no avail. The only time you can actually use your rewards is in store. So ridiculous. Having a functional app is a basic expectation of most customers nowadays.

I ordered regularly online in advance using my phone number in the past, so they could make my smoothies and they would be ready when I arrived, and I can earn the rewards. But, suddenly, back in October 2023, it just stopped accepting my phone number when I entered it online. Despite multiple attempts to get it fixed both in-store and online, it still gives me an error message when enter my phone number on the app or the website. It doesn’t help there is no phone support. But, somehow, they can find my account when I order in person. It’s frustrating not to be able to order online. I’d like to see a fix for this issue, otherwise, I may have to forgo South Block smoothies going forward.

About 50% of the time it doesn’t actually place the order. The order status is never accurate and it constantly charges the credit card but says payment has failed Don’t know how an app that’s sole purpose is to let you order food only seems to actively prevent you from doing that

Looks like orders go through, but they don’t. Good luck using rewards through the app. It just steals your rewards and never submits the order.
