They offer you false coupons via email that disappear when attempting to order. It’s all a fake and they’re a fraud. Do not trust or use this app. You can’t even get someone over the phone to discuss issues. It’s the worst delivery app I’ve come across.

App doesn't work, stays on loading menu. Trying to write to app support but that just redirects me to the same broken app. Go use uber eats, that just works.

The app will periodically spam your push notifications with their promotions and advertisements. Their user setting to turn this off doesn’t actually do anything, and their customer support refused to correctly identify this as a SkipTheDishes issue, take ownership, and remediate this internally. Sure, Apple has a setting to completely turn off notifications for an app, but then you don’t get updates on the orders you’ve placed either. Not good. Instead, they insisted the issue with my user setting. I had one customer service rep tell me to turn the setting off to stop the notifications, I had another rep tell me to turn the setting ON to stop the notifications (what?), and ads would spam my phone regardless of what direction the setting was flipped. Both agents deflected when asked to report this as a bug internally and instead blurted out their preset customer-service scripts. Hope you have a nice day with our terrible app :) I’ve deleted the app from my phone and will be using other food delivery services that don’t spam paying customers with advertisements.

We've added a new iMessage Gifting extension; customers can now send gift cards directly from the messages app and surprise their loved ones. In addition, we've made bug fixes and general improvements for a more seamless ordering experience.
