Closed 1hour before closing time
My friends and I wanted to go to a local Tim Hortons on boul. Taschereau and we went at 8:30pm and online it stated it closed at 10pm we’ve been to this Tim hortons plenty of times before and they’ve always closed at 10pm. They did not serve us at 8:30pm and when I called to ask if they were open they lied and said they were closing at 9pm, there were 2workers in there not closing but on they’re phones. It was 8:30pm and both drive through and doors were closed. They did not let us in.
Cannot access 2 of my account.
Tried to sign in and app indicated there is a problem with both accounts. Tried to get customer support to help and mow I need to make a third account. Very frustrating.
App not working right
I’ve not been able to use online order for a month! I get as far as going into my cart, and i can’t hit continue cause the button is stuck loading. This app gets worse and worse. Do better TH, you have the money to do so!
Food available
When ordering for delivery, there are never any muffins or donuts available. I tried each and every single one of these items. There is no way the store is out of all of this. And now none of the sandwiches are available. On a Saturday morning no less. Fix the app. And can you please using DoorDash as your delivery solution? They are so slow!!! Honestly it is easier to bypass you guys and order directly from skip the dishes
Horrible experience- don’t lose money
The corp takes the money but doesn’t authorize the refund permission to stores. Whenever the store cannot deliver your items they cannot refund the money.
Bloated & Useless
Seems like whenever Apple releases a new device, these companies race to find new ways to inflate their software withe completely unnecessary processes. Tim Hortons is no different. This app seems to built around collecting loads of data before being accessible. Not sure why they have so much redundancy in their menus, but whatever the case, this app is a power hog. My new phone dropped 3% with just a couple minutes of use. My old phone with a 3yr old battery would drop 20%. Additionally, some of my information, such as my points,would be inaccessible, and even though the app acknowledges my name, it thinks I’m signed out when I try selecting my account. This app is absolute trash, and if 7-11 didn’t have such such terrible customer support, I would’ve ditched this years ago.
Useless
Can’t order a thing. Why!?!?! Every food item unavailable I don’t get it. Really want this app to just work but it keeps letting me down
