Cannot access new issues or ones I already had. Took my renewal and I am unable to contact.
Great magazine, awful app
It appears that this app has been abandoned so not sure why it is for sale any longer. Yesterday on Thanksgiving I was searching for recipes and bought a monthly subscription. I then searched for “cranberry” and it came up with a short list of articles that was only a subset of what is in the Saveur database. I then clicked on an article and it prompted me to subscribe to unlock (which I had done already). I then clicked this button and the app would crash. This is a basic user scenario for any testing. Please fix the app if you are selling it. There is so much amazing content on Saveur.

They have my money, yet no mag
I have been a print subscriber for many years and enjoyed the addition of digital content. Despite a paid print subscription through the next 3 years, there have been no issues released since 2019, no communication, and no subscription adjustments. Stay away from this app until they get their act together
No way to contact
I love Saveur, but the App is bad. I signed up for an annual subscription in January and have only received the Winter issue.... I know that there are only four issues a year, but it is now June, passed Spring yet I cannot seem to get the Spring 2020 issue and can find no email or phone number on the site to contact them. Very disappointing...
Awful App No Support
I pay for the App and I get the paper magazine each month. The App hasn’t downloaded a single issue to my iPad since last winter and restore purchases doesn’t work, clearly the subscription is in my app purchases, I tried to contact Saveur no luck.
