Rewards never work on the app
Ordering on the app is fine but I have tried several times to redeem rewards in the app and it hasn’t let me do it once. Very annoying

Special went from $30.00 to $67.00, went to do app. Only coupon saw was for $5.00, then could not use it because it was not for our location. Person taking order says he dealt with that all day, blamed corporate, but did not rectify situation.

The cashier told me she had to charge me a fee if I wanted my one large pepperoni to half pepperoni and half cheese. She stated “no topping is a topping” and my concern is why? Why and how does this make sense? I’m just simply asking to only put half pepperoni and half cheese. Do better Peter Piper Pizza!

Why doesn’t the app allow multiple receipts on the same visit? It doesn’t make sense I always make several purchases. AND WHERE ARE MY POINTS ?????? I had several points and they’re gone.

All I get are errors using the app. Punchh.com (whatever that is) has now banned me for trying too many times to get this to work. I’m giving up. Pizza for supper would have been so nice.
