Camera functionality doesn’t work
I can no longer scan at the store, which means I don’t get points. The camera doesn’t come up any more and the camera permissions are missing from the settings so I can’t turn it on.

I’m having the same issues as others. The pin to create an account after entering my phone number never arrives. I’ve redownloaded the app a few times and tried over the course of 2 weeks and it’s still not sending.

I downloaded the app and attempted to place an order. It wouldn’t allow me to do so (I literally couldn’t swipe to pay) without singing up for their rewards program. This would have been annoying though perhaps something I could have lived with had I been able to do so. But to do so required receive a PIN code via text message - which failed to work for 3 different cellphone numbers across 2 different carriers. This resulted in annoyance for a first time customer and loss of business for the company. If you’re going to force enrollment in a rewards program via repeated popups, make sure that it works. Very poor first impression.

Says you updated the app yesterday but it still doesn’t send a code for identity verification. I have lots of points that I can’t access because this app has failed over and over again after I got a new phone (but kept same phone number). No legitimate response from support either.

At man ikke kan vælge mobilepay - ok - det er ikke helt optimalt. Men at app ikke er i stand til automatisk at Mitid appen er noget rod. Pludselig virker appen som et website. Det bør være bedre i en forholdsvis ny app.

Why is app not connected to Apple Pay? And why do you scan the QR and no points get added to the account? It appears these problems have been ongoing for over a year and no fixes? The only reason I put up with this nonsense is I love their coffee but too expensive anyway.
