Terrible update
Update is a step backward. And don’t ask me to email for help. Having to do so is a sure sign the app has failed.

I don’t want to add my credit card to this App, it asks me too many times. I wanted the free fries but when you see the fine print at the bottom it says I’m sharing my credit card info with the app company (Thanks?) - no thanks. I’m doing business with Naf Naf, this doesn’t make sense to me why another company is asking for my payment info. The ordering experience was clunky and left me in doubt when I clicked “proceed with order without rewards” as both buttons spinned as if I clicked them. The app before was way better, the only positive here is it seems now there are a bunch of discounts available…so there’s that.

The app updated and won’t let me login with Apple anymore so I lost my account along with all of my points and rewards. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

I used to love the Naf Naf app but the new update completely ruined it. Interface is worse, app is slower to load, things are harder to find, needs more clicks to get the same things done, and it’s a pain to request points for a purchase. I used to be able to just scan the QR code on the receipt to get the rewards points, now I need to manually enter the date, purchase amount, etc. Seems like the makers of the app changed from Punchh to Thanx. The app has truly gone backwards in every way possible unfortunately

The update/overhaul with the new rewards program is broken in so many ways, I can’t even place a mobile order now. What a shame.
