The old app was great and easy to use. The new app is extremely complicated for no reason. I have stopped visiting Stan's simply because their app is the worst online ordering system I've ever used.

When I originally got the Stan’s app, you could easily connect a credit card for payment via a QR code. Now, you cannot provide a credit card and have to load money into the app. You also can’t scan a QR code for payment. You have to provide a code to the cashier for your rewards and then another code to provide payment. I have no idea who thought this would be easier but they may want to consider another line of work.

I love Stan’s but not the new app. It randomly logs me out and then I cannot get back in due to server errors. The old app worked with no hiccups. Now I find myself skipping a Stan’s trip when the app is malfunctioning.

The default tip option makes me not want to order from here. Pay your workers. I don’t want to worry about what happens to my order when I manually remove a tip from a pickup order.

I was at the Hyatt for 2+ weeks. A regular morning trip was to stand for coffee, a fabulous doughnut and a variety of egg sandwiches. The coffee is very good and the donuts are amazing. The sandwiches are excellent and nicely done. All of the people working there are absolutely wonderful. The people that I got to know the best are Miss Tiffany, Mr. Teri, Mr. Damien, Miss Joy Joy. I am sorry I don’t have the names of the other people. I spoke with the manager who is Miss Sabrina. Everybody was fabulous. It’s a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy your food or they’ll pack it up for you to go. 5 Star Review! 10 Star if there were 10 stars lined up! Thank you for being wonderful! The old app worked perfectly. It opened every time, I was able to pay seamlessly, and my rewards showed up without fail. In the short time since this new app was launched, I’ve had to reset my password ***literally*** every time I’ve tried to log in (and the password reset screen doesn’t work on mobile, so that involves going to my laptop computer, an additional PITA step…). The payment function rarely works, the order ahead function crashes half the time, and whether my rewards show up at any given time is a crapshoot. As soon as I can use up all of my rewards (I’ve got a couple dozen donuts worth Say the moment), I’m retiring this app & going somewhere else until they get this sorted out.
