My new one stop for Keto food prep
This app has it all! The recipes and ingredients are simple and accessible, and I actually want to eat just about everything in here. I’m following a strict Keto profile (20g of total carbs a day) and I can eat many of the recipes here; however there are a large handful that have too many carbs for me at this point. If you are doing net 20g or even moderate Keto just about everything should be right on track for you.
Need this for "easy days".
Apparently, I'm one of those metabolically resistant people that takes just a little bit longer to adjust to a ketogenic diet. I needed easy days when I was first starting and occasionally I still need them because I'm still adjusting to the diet. I've only been on it for about a month and I still have days where I feel incredibly tired and I'm still trying to get the hang of what my macros need to be for somebody with insulin resistance and high cortisol levels. This app can really help people who are just tired and don't really have the energy to meal prep using recipes that have 15 or 20 ingredients. A lot of the recipes are super easy and they're delicious. They are mostly all ingredients that you can find locally no matter where you live. Many are budget friendly. I also found the even if you don't follow the recipes exactly, this is more about giving you ideas for ways that you can pair foods together so you don't get bored while still keeping it easy. If I could give this app 6 stars, I would. They somehow made my transition to Keto the easiest, and BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself. My family gobbles up their meals with no leftovers to spare! Don’t waste a second trying to decide. GET. THIS. APP.
Excited to get started
I have zero imagination in the kitchen and struggle with most diet plans, as I just can’t come up with anything more exciting than beans on toast. This app is filled with meal ideas and I have to admit they look rather easy to prepare and surprisingly allows a lot more foods than I would have thought. Thankfully I can’t see me getting bored eating the same meals, with over 1000 to chose from, I’m hoping it won’t take long to find a few favorites.
Just started the Keto diet
I just started the keto diet and meal prep ideas are pretty hard to come by online. This is a really awesome app. There are so many fun recipes and ideas that actually make it worth purchasing an app. Moreover, it provides a healthy balance of protein and fat rather than just counting carbs.
Easy to follow directions and minimal ingredients... LOVE
All of the recipes are very easy to follow and I love that there is only 5 ingredients or less for each recipe. The tips in the bottom of each recipe really help diversify the way each recipe can be made. My favorite recipe is the cream cheese muffins -- I add approx 1/3 cup of sweetener and chopped jalapeno to make it taste more like a corn bread. It is AMAZING!

Love this app! It provides a ton of information about the Keto lifestyle as well as a HUGE amount of recipes! For sure recommend to newbie Keto eaters like myself.
