Never received 2 orders and I want my money back
I keep correcting my address from 325, Tate St, Taylor Pa 18517 to 301 Tate St, Taylor but someone doesn’t bother changing it and this is the second time but I’m sure I can’t be stupid enough to make it 3.

I used mini bar for a long time, but I’ve had a few issues especially recently. Tonight the order arrive 20 minutes past the 2 hour window. No tracking was possible after an alert that my order was Enroute 1.5 hours before it arrived - which made me question if it was just stolen. And no one could answer my calls. The corp help desk offered a rebate off a future order w/in 30 days to correct the situation, but that doesn’t work for me since I buy every few months. I said that and the rep dropped the conversation leaving me stranded. Pretty crappy.

Watch out. This is another App Store scam where they get your personal information and data and then don’t ever let you delete it. I haven’t used this account in over a year or two, and was notified my password appears on a leak and so I went in to delete the account and my sensitive personal data - and it turns out there is no way to delete my order history or overall account. The webpage said to delete the account you have to call or email directly. I called 6 times and kept getting a message saying ‘call a different number for text chat service’. I texted the chat service 20 times and so far have gotten no answer. Shady, dishonest, and I guarantee they are selling your personal data to third parties. Beware.

I’ve been rocking with Minibar for years. Now, I’m looking around for another provider. Upfront, any complaints have been met with prompt customer service, which is why I’ve remained loyal. However, I have a had warm beer delivered 2 hours after ordered, substitutions 50% of the time on any order involving 3 or more different items, and persistent glitches on the app that didn’t exist for the first 5 years but do exist now and over the last 6 months. Here’s what they should do that would make them better than everyone else: 1. Automatically pass on case discounts to the consumer (to be fair, if I called, they would give it to me. But stating that they pass on case discounts to consumers would distinguish them over the competition). One should encourage consumers to purchase in large quantities. 2. Automatically curate liquor searches based on the same liquor store as your first item in your cart. It’s ridiculous that when ordering two or more items a pop up says that my order is coming from 2 or more places. Fix it! 3. Real time inventory auditing eliminating the frequency of substitutions. The computer power that could update the website at the point of sale exists. Don’t advertise items the store doesn’t carry and make the consumer contact Minibar to correct price differences! Honestly, I’m going to stay with Minibar because the customer service is excellent. Example, when I complained about getting the warm 12 pack 2 hours after I ordered, they gave me the beer for free. I just hope they decide to spend more R&D on programming as per above.

Customer service is horrible 0-2 ordering whiskey! Paid and never showed up I did get my money back but never got any explanations or anything. Just stopped emailing me. Please use another site this one is not reputable at all.
